AirconMech celebrates 20 years in business 12th November 2016It was a night of celebrations at the Ashdown Park Hotel on Saturday 12th November, when employees of AirconMech and AMV Systems met to toast 20 years in business.

“We were delighted to mark this significant milestone with an anniversary dinner at the Ashdown Park Hotel, for all our employees. The company employs over 80 people from County Wexford and across the country. Our growing team of Project Managers, Administration support, Financial Managers, on Site workers and Sales and Marketing team have been the backbone to the success of our company. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to them for all their hard work, dedication and loyalty throughout our journey” says Jim Mullett.

AirconMech is an indigenous Enniscorthy based company established in 1996. Founded by Jim Mullett and John Dempsey, the company has developed into a leading national Mechanical and Electrical Engineering provider.  The company specialises in the design, manufacture and build of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems. AirconMech have numerous high value clients across Ireland, the UK and the Middle East. AirconMech and our maintenance division AMV Systems provide a first class all round service from design, manufacturing, build, commissioning and maintenance.

“The support of local industries across Co Wexford played a pivotal role in the growth and success of our company throughout the past 20 years. Local businesses supporting local businesses is invaluable in helping to establish companies particularly in the early stages of development. We would like to thank each and every one of those businesses we worked with in the past and those we work with currently” says John Dempsey.

Like a true stalwart, the company weathered the economic downturn looking to overseas markets to bridge the gap created during the recession in the construction industry in Ireland.  Now with a more buoyant economy, AirconMech are ready to capitalize on the opportunities for growth. Strategic plans are in place to develop new products, new systems and routes to market to ensure continued success for the 20 years to come.
